Innovative Flooring concepts Inc. was founded in the year 2000 by Me ...Jason Leick. In the year of 2005 ,My wife Cathleen and I decided that it would be best if the company Incorporated. Prior to 2000, I was doing business mostly as a subcontractor for the local retailers and builders.
We still have some of these accounts today.

My formal training and apprenticeship program began in 1993 under the wing of John Hart. Mr. Hart was a great teacher who is very skilled , knowlegable and patient who at that time had over 20 years of experience and 9 of those years were spent in the local flooring labor union. After my 4 years of on the job training and after learning how to properly install Carpet, Vinyl Sheet Goods, Vinyl Tile , Ceramic Tile, and Hardwood Flooring,I finally decided it would be best to start my own business . It was a big step. It was meant to be and I am glad I did it. There have been many ups and downs financialy, but the rewards have outweighed the lows.

I have since learned many other construction related skills that are "above" and beyond the floor trade. This has helped me expand the business. We offer full bath remodeling, trimwork and other contract services as well now.

The challenges and experience that comes from working with people and their flooring and tile needs is rewarding . I have met with many people in the floorcovering and tile industry througout the years and have gained alot of valuable relationshps. These type of relationships are the backbone for any business. A good Client base coupled with top notch distrubutors in and around the St. Louis area are helping us make Innovative Flooring Concepts a Success.

Innovative Flooring Concepts Is definately a family owned business . We are a litttle smaller compared to the nationaly known companies and the big retailers that you might find on every corner shopping center. We do however conduct business very much like the big guys, only better. We put the customer and their needs first. We promote Excellence, professionalism, integrity, and fairness.

We currently operate directly from our home to yours and use our distributors beautiful showroom(s) to give you the selections you're looking for at the low prices you need . We also offer tile decorating and design advice for anyone who is interested. The sales Staff at all our distrubutors also have a trained eye for what looks "good". I am positive that together we can help you find what it is that you are looking for.

We operate one to three crews at a time , depending on the work volume. Our installers are qualified to do the work required of them as well as having been fully screened and authorized to work for us. Jason Leick is the lead installer and is usually on site. You can rest assured that when you chose Innovative Flooring Concepts for your installation needs you will be very pleased with the results.

All of our work is guaranteed for a minimum of 2 years ( in writing) You can expect a job well done within the agreed time frame allowed. (in writing)
When we are on the job site it is top prioity to keep the area(s) safe, tidy, and as clean as possible. We are a Fully Insured Tile and Flooring Contractor. We are very familiar with working with homeowners who occupy their residence. Remodeling is our specialty. We have many satisfied customers and plenty of referals to share with you.
